Xavier College, Riverlea Park Campus, is seeking an experienced OSHC & Vacation Care Director to shape the culture, programs and operations from the ground up. Commencing January 2027, this permanent full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week over 48 weeks.

You will lead and mentor a high-performing team, oversee child-centred programs, manage staffing, enrolments, budgets and compliance, and build strong partnerships with families and the community.

Qualifikationen

• ACECQA-approved qualification or equivalent
• Experience leading OSHC, Vacation Care or education settings
• Ability to inspire, mentor and develop staff
• Strong leadership, organisational and operational management
• Knowledge of legislative, regulatory and child safety requirements
• Experience managing service administration, budgets and resources
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, families and staff
• Commitment to high-quality, inclusive outcomes for children
• Proficiency with relevant computer systems

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the OSHC and Vacation Care service
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of educators
• Oversee the delivery of engaging, child-centred programs that promote children's learning and wellbeing
• Manage service operations, including staffing, enrolments, budgets and administration
• Ensure compliance with all legislative, regulatory and child safety requirements
• Build strong partnerships with children, families, staff and the wider community
• Champion continuous improvement and service excellence
• Support the establishment and growth of the Riverlea Park OSHC and Vacation Care service
