Job summary

Community Services #1 is seeking an Experienced Out of School Hours Care Director to lead a growing OSHC program with a focus on high-quality outcomes for children, families and staff.

You will direct program quality, team development and community engagement while aligning with MTOP, NQF and EYLF standards. The role covers operations, staffing and financial performance in a supportive not-for-profit environment.

Qualifications

• ACECQA-approved qualification (Diploma or higher) in Early Childhood, OSHC, or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience leading an education and care service, ideally through growth or change.
• Strong knowledge of the NQF, MTOP (and/or EYLF).
• Confident leader with proven team development and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Deliver engaging, inclusive OSHC programs aligned to MTOP
