Job summary

Antonio Catholic School Morphett Vale seeks a passionate OSHC & Vacation Care Director to lead the service for under 80 children, overseeing day-to-day operations, staffing, and budgets while ensuring a safe, engaging environment before school, after school and during vacation care.

You will build partnerships with families, mentor educators and uphold the Catholic ethos, ensuring inclusion and wellbeing for every child.

Qualifications

• Experience leading OSHC and Vacation Care services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage administration, budgets, rosters and compliance.
• Knowledge of National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead the OSHC and Vacation Care service, including staffing and budgets.
• Design and evaluate engaging recreation programs aligned with required standards.
• Create an inclusive environment focused on wellbeing and participation.
• Mentor educators and foster a collaborative, growth-focused team culture.
• Maintain compliance with legislation, safety, ratios, risk management and audits.
• Build strong partnerships with children, families, staff and professionals.

Education

ACECQA Tier 2 qualification

Diploma or degree in Children’s Services / Education
