Junior Adventures Group (JAG) in Melbourne’s Berwick region seeks an OSHC Coordinator for a genuine step-up leadership opportunity. Based at Beaconsfield Primary School, you will mentor Educators, help run daily operations and contribute to a supportive service culture.

This part-time role offers 30 hours per week, with a pathway into future Coordinator and Service Manager opportunities. You will work with a Coordinator and Regional Manager to build leadership skills in rostering, programming

Competenze

• Experience working as an Educator or Assistant Coordinator.
• Experience within OSHC, education or children’s services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to obtain or hold a national police check (covered by us).
• State Working-with-Children check and relevant safety training completed prior to onboarding.
