Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking an OSHC Coordinator to lead our before- and after-school program in Western Australia. This permanent part-time role offers 32.75 hours per week with 4 hours of paid non-contact administration time.

You'll manage a team of Educators, build strong relationships with children, families and the school community, and deliver a dynamic, safe and engaging program that supports children to learn, play and thrive.

Qualifications

• Natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
• Willing to obtain WA Working-with-Children Check (or have one).
• National police check completed or covered by employer.
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).

Responsibilities

• Lead Educators and oversee a dynamic before- and after-school program.
• Manage rosters, day-to-day operations and ensure compliance.
• Foster teamwork, growth and strong community relationships.
