Junior Adventures Group is seeking a Service Manager for Googong OSHClub to lead a large OSHC service with a focus on strategic leadership and educational programs for children. You will coach Coordinators and Educators, ensure National Quality Framework compliance, and build strong partners with families and schools.

You'll manage budgets, rosters, enrolments and workforce planning, prepare for Assessment & Rating, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a positive team culture and

Formación

• Experience leading OSHC or Early Childhood service.
• Strong knowledge of NQF and Assessment & Rating.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Current Working with Children Check / Blue Card.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop a large team of Coordinators, Assistant Coordinators and Educators.
• Drive exceptional educational programs and foster continuous improvement.
• Act as Educational Leader and Nominated Supervisor while ensuring NQF compliance.
• Build strong partnerships with children, families, schools and the wider community.
• Manage service operations including budgets, rosters, enrolments, compliance and workforce planning.
• Prepare the service for Assessment & Rating and maintain high-quality standards.
• Create a positive team culture where people feel valued and inspired to grow.
