Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking a Service Manager for Googong OSHClub to lead a large, high-performing OSHC service. You will coach Coordinators and Educators, drive exceptional educational programs, and act as Educational Leader and Nominated Supervisor while ensuring NQF compliance.

You will oversee budgets, rosters, enrolments and workforce planning, build partnerships with families and schools, and create a positive, growth-focused team culture with centralized support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an OSHC or Early Childhood service.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Assessment & Rating.
• Current Working with Children Check/Blue Card.
• Australian working rights.
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• National Police Check.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a large team of Coordinators, Assistant Coordinators and Educators.
• Drive high-quality educational programs and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Act as Educational Leader and Nominated Supervisor while ensuring NQF compliance.
• Build strong partnerships with children, families, schools and the community.
• Manage service operations including budgets, rosters, enrolments, compliance and workforce planning.
• Prepare the service for Assessment & Rating and maintain high standards.
• Foster a positive team culture where staff feel valued and supported.
