Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking a Service Manager to lead Googong OSHClub, a large Outside School Hours Care service. You will focus on strategic leadership, drive program quality and develop a high-performing team of Coordinators and Educators.

You’ll balance out-of-ratio admin time with in-ratio coaching, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework while building strong partnerships with families and schools in the Bendigo region.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an OSHC or Early Childhood service.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Assessment & Rating.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Current Working with Children Check/Blue Card and First Aid/CPR.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large team of Coordinators, Assistant Coordinators and Educators.
• Drive exceptional educational programs and continuous improvement.
• Act as Educational Leader and Nominated Supervisor while ensuring NQF compliance.
• Build partnerships with children, families, schools and the wider community.
• Manage service operations including budgets, rosters, enrolments, compliance and workforce planning.
• Prepare your service for Assessment & Rating and maintain high-quality standards.
• Create a positive team culture where people feel valued, supported and inspired to grow.
