Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking a Service Manager for Smalls Road OSHClub in Ryde to lead a large, established OSHC service. You’ll drive programs for children while managing budgets, rosters and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an OSHC or Early Childhood service.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Assessment & Rating.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Current Working with Children Check/Blue Card
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
• National Police Check

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a large team of Coordinators and Educators.
• D drive exceptional educational programs and foster continuous improvement.
• Act as Educational Leader and Nominated Supervisor while ensuring compliance with the NQF.
• Build partnerships with children, families, schools and the community.
• Manage service operations including budgets, rosters, enrolments, compliance and workforce planning.
• Prepare the service for Assessment & Rating and maintain high standards.
• Create a positive team culture where staff feel valued and inspired to grow.
