Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking an OSHC Coordinator in Ryde to lead a team of Educators and oversee a welcoming before- and after-school program for children aged 5–12. You will drive a dynamic, child-centered program and manage rosters, operations, and compliance with regional support.

The role offers 38 hours per week (including 10 paid admin hours), split shifts Mon-Fri 7:00–9:00 and 15:00–18:00, with competitive hourly pay and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (we will cover).
• State working-with-children check.
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Educators and oversee an OSHC program for children aged 5–12.
• Create and lead a dynamic, child-centered program with STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Manage roster, day-to-day operations, ensure compliance and admin tasks.
