Job summary

TeamKids is seeking a Director of Service (Coordinator) in Amaroo, NSW, to lead a licensed OSHC service. You will supervise educators, plan engaging activities, and foster strong relationships with the school and local community while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role includes managing rosters, safety documentation, and liaising with families, with admin hours that can be worked from home. A Diploma (ACECQA) and mandatory safety training are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in childcare or OSHC setting.
• Confident communicator with families, staff, and school principals.
• Strong problem-solving and a can-do attitude.
• Commitment to child safety and compliance.
• Willingness to complete mandatory National Child Safety Training.
