Job summary

TeamKids in Maroubra Bay is seeking a Director of Service (Coordinator) to lead an OSHC program, ensuring it is safe, engaging, and compliant. You will supervise staff, plan activities, and build strong relationships with schools and the local community.

This permanent, full-time role offers flexible admin hours from home and back-to-back service times. You’ll be supported by a Mentor and Regional Manager, with salary aligned to TeamKids’ salary bands and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards) as per ACECQA standards.
• Mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko before commencing employment.
• Leadership experience in an OSHC or childcare setting is preferred.
