Job summary

TeamKids is seeking a Director of Service (Coordinator) to lead a team delivering safe and engaging OSHC programs in Kanwal, NSW. You will supervise children, plan activities, and partner with schools to ensure high-quality care, while upholding compliance and safeguarding standards.

You will mentor staff and collaborate with the Regional Manager, with some admin hours from home. A Diploma or progress toward ACECQA standards is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or progress toward ACECQA standards is required.
• Experience leading OSHC programs and teams is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and care for children in OSHC programs.
• Plan and coordinate engaging activities across shifts.
