Job summary

TeamKids in Narrabundah seeks a Director of Service (Coordinator) to lead a small team, deliver a safe, fun and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community.

This permanent, full-time role offers flexible admin hours from home, with mentoring support from a Regional Manager and Mentor. Total hours are 38 per week across split shifts: before and after school care plus admin time.

Qualifications

• Natural leader with a passion for teaching children.
• Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
• Ability to manage behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
