Job summary

Extend After School Care is seeking an OSHC Relief Service Coordinator for Moolap Primary School, Geelong. The role offers casual shifts with 6:45 AM–8:45 AM and 2:35 PM–6:00 PM windows, two to three shifts fortnightly, and additional retention payments.

You’ll lead engaging activities, maintain safety, and coordinate with school leadership. You’ll bring a Diploma or higher in early childhood or education, WWCC, First Aid/CPR, and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in early childhood, primary teaching, or school aged care.
• Valid Working With Children Check and child protection training.
• First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis &Asthma management (willingness to obtain).
• Ability to engage with children, educators and school leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, inclusive OSHC programming and activities.
• Plan science, sports, arts and educational activities for kids.
• Prepare healthy snacks and manage everyday operations.
• Collaborate with Programs Engagement Manager on assessments and ratings.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support integrated OSHC programs.
• Oversee day-to-day service operations to ensure smooth delivery.

About your service: Enjoy the flexibility of working at Moolap Primary School located in Moolap, Geelong.

Perfect for students or qualified educators looking for extra income, this flexible role lets you pick up shifts as they come, stay active in our pool, and enjoy extra dollars on your own schedule

Hourly Rate: $47- $50 Per Hour + 12% Super.

Additional payment of $2.07- $2.15 per hour available under Worker Retention Payment Scheme.

• Before School Care: 6:45 AM- 8:45 AM.
• After School Care: 2:35 PM to 6:00 PM.
• Days Required: 2-3 shifts fortnightly.
• Contract: Casual.
• Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award.
