The role emphasizes effective communication, team leadership, and strong compliance oversight to ensure an engaging, inclusive service for children and families.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in childhood education.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Experience managing compliance and administrative requirements.
• Team player with a creative and energetic approach.
• Valid compliance certificates (WWCC, Child Protection, First Aid).
• COVID-19 vaccination: two doses and readiness for booster.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Educators to exceed best practices.
• Maintain strong communication with school representatives, children and families.
• Ensure compliance and best practices across the service.
