Zusammenfassung

Catholic Early EdCare is seeking an experienced full-time Coordinator for the Good Shepherd OSHC Service in Springfield Lakes. You will provide operational leadership, foster a positive team culture, and ensure delivery of high-quality education and care programs that support children's learning, wellbeing, and development.

You will lead a well-established service, work with a dedicated team of educators, and make a meaningful impact on children and families within our Catholic community.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Children’s Services (or ACECQA equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
• Completion of mandatory National Child Training (Geckko 1-2 & 3-4).
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place and National Law/Regulations.
• Experience in education and care of children (OSHC).
• Child protection training is required.
• Experience with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).
• Effective workplace communication.
• Leadership skills and ability to lead a large team.

• Oversee the daily operation of Before and After School Care and Vacation Care programs.
• Lead a dedicated team of educators to bring out their best.
• Develop and implement play-based programs for children's interests and needs.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and high levels of care and safety.
