This on-site leadership role focuses on delivering high-quality education and care, overseeing daily operations, and guiding a team of educators within a supportive Catholic community.

You will lead program development, ensure compliance with standards, and foster strong relationships with children and families while advancing service quality and wellbeing.

• It is essential to hold a Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA equivalent.
