Qualifications

• Diploma in ECE & Care required and relevant OSHC experience.
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills.
• Commitment to safe, inclusive environments and Catholic ethos.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, inclusive space for children and staff.
• Manage accurate attendance records and bookings for supervision.
• Supervise and mentor educators to grow in daily practice.
• Design and deliver engaging, educational programs with reflection.
• Promote the mission and ethos of the Catholic Church.
• Build positive relationships with families, the school, and community stakeholders
