YMCA Brisbane is seeking an enthusiastic Educational Leader to join our Varsity Lakes Outside School Hours Care team on a permanent part-time basis. You'll shape engaging programs, guide educators, and ensure safe, inclusive environments for children in after-school care.

You'll work with the Children's Services Leadership Team to deliver high-quality learning experiences, coach staff, and foster a play-based approach grounded in the latest frameworks.

Qualifications
