YMCA Queensland is seeking an enthusiastic Educational Leader for our Varsity Lakes Outside School Hours Care team on a permanent part-time basis. You will shape fun, engaging programs, guide educators, and ensure every child feels safe and included.

Qualifications

• Experience leading early childhood education teams.
• Strong knowledge of child development and play-based learning.
• Ability to coach and mentor educators and build capacity.

Responsibilities

• Drive creation and delivery of engaging educational programs for children.
• Guide and empower educators to reach their potential.
• Champion child-centred, play-based learning aligned with current frameworks.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture and reflective practice.
