Job summary

Salisbury Primary School OSHC invites an experienced OSHC Director to lead our Before and After School Care and Vacation Care program. This permanent part-time role (35 hours/week) offers a Level 8 position with $48 per hour above award rate.

You will oversee daily operations, lead educators, and deliver high-quality programs within a supportive school community. Required are an ACECQA Diploma-level qualification, WWCC, RRHAN-EC, HLTAID012 First Aid, and Protective Practices.

Qualifications

• Must hold ACECQA Diploma-level qualification.
• Current WWCC is required.
• RRHAN-EC Training (Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect) required.
• HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate required.
• Protective Practices Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily OSHC operations with a focus on safety and inclusivity.
• Design and deliver high-quality programs aligned with MTOP – School Age Care Framework.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and staff.
• Oversee compliance, administration and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Assistant OSHC Director and school leadership.
