As OSHC Director, you will lead the daily operations of our service, ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for all children. You will:
Lead and inspire a team of educators
Design and deliver high-quality programs aligned with the MTOP – School Age Care Framework
Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and staff
Oversee compliance, administration, and continuous improvement
You’ll work closely with our Assistant OSHC Director and highly supportive school leadership team, with dedicated administration time included.
Involves Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care
Additional administration hours negotiated with the Principal or delegate
