• Previous OSHC leadership experience required.
• Strong people management and team development.
• Knowledge of NQF, NQS and MTOP.
• Experience handling OSHC budgets and payroll.

• Build relationships with children, families, and the school.
• Ensure regulatory and governance compliance.
