Job summary

Nailsworth Primary School is seeking an experienced OSHC Director to take ownership of the service and become a valued part of the school community.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes relationships with families, children and staff while ensuring safe, inclusive before- and after-school care, as well as vacation programs. You will lead a dedicated team, drive quality and oversee compliance to continually improve the experience for children.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an OSHC service or similar setting.
• Understanding of NQF, NQS and MTOP.
• Experience managing OSHC operations and finances.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop a team of educators and support staff.
• Oversee day-to-day OSHC operations at Nailsworth Primary School.
• Build genuine relationships with children, families and the school.
• Be a visible, supportive presence within the service.
• Drive quality improvement and ensure governance and compliance.
