Job summary

The Kids' Castle is seeking a Director / Nominated Supervisor to lead our OSHC and Vacation Care programs in a full-time role. You will manage operations, mentor educators, and ensure alignment with MTOP and NQS while staying connected with children and staff.

You will oversee budgets, enrolments, CCS processes, and compliance, while leveraging a supportive committee and community partnerships to drive quality and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' leadership experience in OSHC or Early Childhood.
• Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the National Law, Regulations, NQS, MTOP.
• Experience developing and implementing child-focused programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the OSHC / OOSH and Vacation Care programs.
• Ensure all practices align with the National Quality Framework, including My Time Our Place.
• Lead and support a committed team of educators, including recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and training.
• Develop and review the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
• Build meaningful relationships with families, school representatives, and the community.
• Manage budgets, enrolments, CCS processes, and fee collection.
• Maintain WHS compliance, risk management plans, and emergency procedures.
• Represent TKC in Assessment & Rating and liaise with regulatory authorities.
