Junior Adventures Group in Western Australia is seeking an experienced OSHC Coordinator to lead our Padbury service, creating a safe, welcoming environment where children can learn, play and thrive while you guide a passionate team of Educators and build strong links with families and the school community.

This permanent part-time role is 31 hours per week, including 4 hours of paid non-contact administration time, with a competitive up-to-$43-per-hour rate, regional manager support, and

Qualifications

• Able to lead a team and support others to grow.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (we will cover).
• State Working-with-Children check required.
• National Child Safety Training completion before onboarding (via Gecko).
• ACECQA-recognised qualification to work as First Qualified Educator in WA.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Educators and oversee before/after-school program.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly and safely.
