Junior Adventures Group in Southern River, WA, seeks an experienced OSHC Coordinator to lead our before- and after-school programs for children aged 5–12. This permanent full-time role offers 38 hours per week with 5 hours of paid non-contact administration time.

You will coach Educators, manage rosters, ensure safety standards, and partner with families and schools to deliver meaningful learning and memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Natural leader who guides a team and develops others
• Ability to obtain police check; WA Working with Children Check
• National Child Safety Training completion (via Gecko)
• Australian working rights
• ACEQA-recognised qualification required for WA First Qualified Educator

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Educators and oversee a before/after-school program
• Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and compliance
• Manage rosters and day-to-day operations
• Coach Educators and take ownership of service operations
