Job summary

YMCA Brisbane seeks a Coordinator for its Outside School Hours Care service on a full-time basis. You will lead educators, create engaging programs, and help build inclusive communities.

You will oversee daily operations, develop child-led activities, and support a team while maintaining safety, compliance and strong family/school links.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Children’s Services or related ECEC or Teaching qualification (or studying towards)
• Demonstrated experience in children’s programming and service operations
• Strong communication, leadership and time-management skills
• A valid Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• A commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all children
• Familiarity with the National Quality Framework
