Junior Adventures Group is seeking an OSHC Coordinator to lead a before- and after-school program for 5–12 year olds in WA. You will guide Educators, ensure a safe, inclusive, engaging environment and manage day-to-day operations with strong compliance and planning.

The role emphasizes leadership, roster ownership and collaboration with regional managers to deliver high-quality experiences for children and families.

Qualifications

• ACE CQ A-recognised qualification to work as a First Qualified Educator in WA.
• National police check required (covered by the company).
• State Working-with-Children check.
• Australian working rights.
• National Child Safety Training completed prior to onboarding.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Educators and oversee day-to-day operations of before/after school program.
• Manage roster, compliance and admin tasks while fostering teamwork and growth.
• Collaborate with regional managers and office team to develop leadership and impact.
