Junior Adventures Group is seeking an OSHClub Coordinator in the Springvale region. This part-time role (25 hours per week, including 4 non-contact admin hours) leads a team of Educators and oversees before- and after-school programs for 5–12 year olds.

You will manage rosters, operations, and compliance while fostering teamwork and growth, with mentorship from regional managers and dedicated support.

Qualificações

• You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
• Australian work rights.
• A relevant Diploma qualification as per ACECQA.
• National Child Safety Training completed prior to onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a dynamic, child-centered before- and after-school program.
• Take ownership of your team’s roster, manage day-to-day operations and admin tasks.
• Ensure compliance and foster an environment of teamwork and growth.
• Develop leadership skills with support from regional managers and office staff.
