Job summary

Sunshine Coast Grammar School OSHClub is recruiting an inspiring OSHC Coordinator to lead the after‑school program and oversee before‑school care. The role focuses on culture, quality and staff development across a small, dedicated team.

The position is permanent and part‑time (33 hours per week) with split shifts from Monday to Friday, including four hours of dedicated non‑contact administrative time to support success. Competitive pay and family‑friendly benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading OSHC or childcare teams is essential.
• Ability to design engaging, child‑centered programs including STEM, arts and sports.
• Strong rostering, operations and compliance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Educators in before- and after-school care.
• Oversee rosters, daily operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth service.
• Build a positive, inclusive team culture and support staff development.
• Partner with families, the school community and stakeholders to grow the service.
