Job summary

Sydney Catholic Early Childhood Services (SCECS) is seeking a dedicated Coordinator for an After School Care service located at St Finbar's Catholic Primary School, Sans Souci. Lead a caring team, deliver engaging programs, and uphold the Catholic ethos within a vibrant community.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care required.
• Proven experience in OSHC desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Reliable, organised, and enthusiastic.
• Certification in Child Protection Training expected.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, inclusive space for children and staff.
• Manage attendance records and bookings for supervision.
• Supervise and mentor educators.
• Design engaging educational programs with observations and reflection.
• Promote the Catholic Church's mission and ethos in daily leadership.
