Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is required.
• Experience in Out of School Hours Care (OSHC).
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Current NSW Working With Children Check.
• First Aid Certificates including CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma management.
• Certification in Child Protection Training is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor educators to grow confidence and capability.
• Design and deliver engaging, educational programs with observations and reflection.
