Job summary

YMCA Victoria is seeking a permanent OSHC Coordinator for a Before and After School Care program at Truganina South Primary School. This full-time role (38 hours weekly) runs 6:30am–9:00am and 2:30pm–6:30pm, Monday to Friday, with admin time during the day.

The position offers hourly rates of $40 (Diploma) or $46 per hour (Degree), plus 12% super and ACECQA-approved credentials. A supportive team and strong community connections await.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ACECQA approved qualification required.
• ACECQA First Aid qualifications including CPR required.
• Working with Children Check (Victorian) required.
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate within first month of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and strategic development of the OSHC program.
• Collaborate with Regional OSHC Coordinator for service improvements.
• Build positive relationships with the school, families, community groups and partners.
• Lead and support a team of educators to deliver high quality OSHC services.
