Job summary

The Extend Group is seeking an OSHC Relief Service Coordinator to lead activity programming at Moolap Primary School in Geelong. You will plan engaging activities, supervise safety, and manage daily service operations while ensuring compliance and quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or higher in Early Childhood, Education, or related fields, with strong communication and leadership skills. A WWCC, First Aid/CPR, and willingness to obtain certifications are required, with flexible

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in relevant field (Early Childhood, Teaching, or similar).
• Valid Working With Children Check and safety training preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage children, families and schools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and program activities and events that kids enjoy.
• Lead a safe, inclusive environment for all children.
• Prepare healthy snacks to boost energy.
• Collaborate with Programs Engagement Manager on assessments with compliance support.
• Engage with stakeholders and build integrated OSHC programs.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the service.

Job Details & Role

About your service: Enjoy the flexibility of working at Moolap Primary School located in Moolap, Geelong.

Perfect for students or qualified educators looking for extra income, this flexible role lets you pick up shifts as they come, stay active in our pool, and enjoy extra dollars on your own schedule

Hourly Rate: $49.88 - $52.15 Per Hour (Including Worker Retention Payment Scheme) + 12% Super.

• Before School Care: 6:45 AM- 8:45 AM.
• After School Care: 2:35 PM to 6:00 PM.
• Days Required: 2-3 shifts fortnightly.
• Contract: Casual.
• Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award.

As our OSHC Relief Service Coordinator you will:

• Be the Visionary: You're the boss of the service! You'll plan and program epic science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do!
• Safety First, Fun Always: Lead a safe, inclusive environment while every child feels like a rockstar.
• Chef it up: Whip up healthy, tasty snacks that keep the energy levels high.
• Champion Quality: Work with your Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass.
• The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OSHC programs.
• The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day "business" of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

• The Qualification: You've got (or is studying toward) a Diploma, Bachelor's, Masters in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care, Youth Work, Community Services, and more. Check with us if your qualification is approved!
