Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is seeking an OSHC Coordinator (Qualified) in the Australind area to lead our before- and after-school program for children aged 5–12. You will manage a team of Educators, ensure compliance, and deliver a dynamic, child-centered program.

The role is permanent part-time (31.5 hours/week) with 4 hours of paid non-contact admin time. Competitive pay up to $43 per hour, plus super, and support from Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• ACEQA-recognised qualification required.
• WA First Qualified Educator credential needed in WA.
• Knowledge of state working-with-children checks and police checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Educators in the before- and after-school program.
• Oversee daily operations, roster management and admin tasks.
• Ensure compliance and foster a safe, engaging environment for children aged 5–12.
