TeamKids is seeking a Second in Charge for our Mount Duneed OSHC service. This part-time role supports the Director of Service to deliver high-quality care before and after school, 27.5 hours weekly, with a welcoming environment for children and families.

The ideal candidate has relevant Diploma-level qualifications or is working towards ACECQA standards, with the ability to engage the school community and lead activities while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Who is TeamKids? TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.

Job Description: This permanent, part - time opportunity offers hands on experience in the OSHC industry. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Director of Service, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Location: Mount Duneed Lovely OSHC service within a multicultural community, this service is looking for an experienced educator to work alongside the Director in a creating a warm and welcoming environment for the children.

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: Before School Care 6:45 - 9:00am After School Care 2:45 - 6:00pm Total Hours: 27.5

The Successful Candidate

Ideally you have previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education, but this is by no means essential - we can train you!

Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.

You’re a strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills and a can-do, positive attitude.
