Woden Community Service Inc is seeking an Assistant Service Director – OSHC to support the Service Director in delivering safe, inclusive, and high-quality OSHC services at Torrens Primary School. The role involves operational oversight, educational leadership, and staff development within a busy school-age care environment.

You will mentor educators, promote child safety, manage rostering and enrolments, and build strong community partnerships with families and schools.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and mentoring educators in OSHC or school-age care.
• Strong knowledge of NQF, National Law & Regulations, and My Time, Our Place.

Responsibilities

• Support the Service Director in daily delivery of high-quality OSHC services.
• Promote child safety, wellbeing, inclusion, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide operational leadership and oversight in the Service Director's absence.
• Lead education quality and engage with children, families and schools.
