Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is hiring an Assistant Coordinator at Smalls Road OSHClub Ryde, Sydney. The role, part-time 20 hours weekly, focuses on developing leadership skills while supporting Educators, rostering, and program delivery in a lively school community.

You will work with regional managers and a state office team to create engaging, child-led activities and foster strong relationships with families. Opportunities for growth and professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain a national police check (company covered)

• Australian working rights
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)

Job Description

Join us at Smalls Road OSHClub Ryde, as an Assistant Coordinator, ready to build your confidence in leadership, operations, and team management within a supportive environment. This permanent, part-time role offers 20 hours per week. You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 7:00-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 2:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play).
