Job summary

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking an Assistant Coordinator at Our Lady of Fatima OSHClub Caringbah in Sydney. This part-time, permanent role offers 27.5 hours per week across split shifts, 7:00-9:00am and 3:00-6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a clear path into leadership and operations.

You will work with experienced regional managers to mentor Educators onsite, develop child-led programs, and build strong relationships with families and the wider community.

Qualifications

• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check.
• State working-with-children check.
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).

Responsibilities

• Help lead and mentor a passionate team of Educators onsite.
• Build your confidence in roster management, service operations, compliance, and administration.
• Create exciting, child-led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft experiences.

Join us at Our Lady of Fatima OSHClub Caringbah, as an Assistant Coordinator, ready to build your confidence in leadership, operations, and team management within a supportive environment.
