Job summary

Junior Adventures Group is hiring an Assistant Coordinator for Our Lady of Fatima OSHClub Caringbah in Sydney's NSW coast. The role is permanent, part-time, 27.5 hours weekly, with split shifts 7:00-9:00 and 3:00-6:00, Monday to Friday, to support operations and child-friendly programs.

You’ll lead Educators onsite, manage rosters, ensure compliance, and contribute to program development. The position offers exposure to regional leadership with training and pathways to progression within JAG.

Qualifications

• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
• State working-with-children check
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)

Join us at Our Lady of Fatima OSHClub Caringbah, as an Assistant Coordinator, ready to build your confidence in leadership, operations, and team management within a supportive environment. This permanent, part-time role offers 27.5 hours per week. You'll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 7:00-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play).
