Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking an OHSC Assistant Coordinator in Gladstone South to lead a team of Educators in delivering before- and after-school programs for children aged 5-12. You will drive a vibrant, child-centered program with STEM, sport, cooking and arts activities.

You’ll manage rosters, operations and compliance while growing as part of a supportive leadership team inside an Exceeding-rated service.

Qualifikationen

• Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a 2Year Qualified Educator in QLD per ACECQA.
• National Child Safety Training completed before onboarding (via Gecko).
• Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact.
• Clear, confident communication and teamwork.
• Willing to grow into a leadership role and work with Educators.
• National Police Check and Working with Children Check required or willing to obtain.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of Educators to oversee an engaging before- and after-school program.
• Design and help lead a vibrant, child-centered program with STEM, sport, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Assist with rosters, daily operations, compliance and administration.
• Build a positive, inclusive team culture with supported Educators and leadership.
• Partner with families, the school community and internal stakeholders to grow the service.
