Expect A Star in West Ryde, Australia, is seeking an OSHC Assistant Coordinator to join a well-supported service. The role is full-time (38 hours) and focuses on mentoring educators, planning and documenting children's learning, and building strong relationships with families.

You will apply EYLF and NQS frameworks, uphold health and safety policies, and contribute to a warm, engaging environment for children while benefiting from a balanced work life and career progression.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood and Care (or ACECQA approved qualification).
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS frameworks to support programming and planning.
• Full working rights in Australia and valid WWCC.
• Experience planning and documenting children's learning.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and collaborate with educators within the service.
• Plan, support and document children's learning.
• Create a safe and warm environment for children.
• Liaise with parents and families to maintain meaningful relationships.
• Work 38 hours per week in a full-time capacity.
