Job summary

Arthrex is seeking an Associate Sales Representative for WA, Perth, to blend clinical expertise with sales acumen. You will build strong relationships with surgeons and theatre staff, promoting Sports Medicine products and delivering value-driven solutions.

Reporting to a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead territory sales planning, identify customer needs, generate leads, and provide in-theatre support. A healthcare background and drive to advance into orthopaedic device sales are ideal.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in healthcare or medical device sales preferred.
• Ability to identify customer needs and build long-term partnerships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of orthopaedic products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with Surgeons and theatre staff and promote products addressing pain points.
• Identify opportunities, generate leads, and present product information.
• Provide in-theatre clinical support during cases and support new product launches.
• Develop and implement strategic territory sales and performance plans.
