AB Orthodontics Pty Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Melbourne team. You will combine orthodontic knowledge with customer service excellence, handling orders, providing product advice and building strong professional relationships across Australia and New Zealand.

This permanent, full-time role offers ongoing training, a collaborative environment and the opportunity to progress into education or business development within the orthodontic field.

Qualifications

• Experience in an orthodontic practice, clinical support or orthodontic supply business.
• Knowledge of orthodontic products, appliances and clinical workflows.
• Excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence using digital diagnostic and treatment planning systems.
• A proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and digital channels.
• Process orders, quotations and customer requests accurately and efficiently.
• Provide knowledgeable product advice and support orthodontic practices.
• Build strong customer relationships and proactively follow up on customer needs.
• Identify product opportunities and support customer retention initiatives.
• Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM and order management systems.
• Assist with customer education, product training and occasional industry events.
• Collaborate with our sales, operations and marketing teams to deliver exceptional service.
