Qualifications

• Experience in an orthodontic practice, clinical support or orthodontic supply business.
• Knowledge of orthodontic products, appliances and clinical workflows.
• Excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence using digital diagnostic and treatment planning systems.
• A proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

AB Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Melbourne team.

This is a permanent opportunity that offers the chance to develop specialist product knowledge and potentially progress into a role involving product education, customer training, and business development.

About the Role

You'll play an important role in supporting orthodontic professionals across Australia and New Zealand, combining your orthodontic knowledge with excellent customer service, accurate order management and proactive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

To be successful, you'll have:

• Experience in an orthodontic practice, clinical support or orthodontic supply business.
• Knowledge of orthodontic products, appliances and clinical workflows.
• Excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence using digital diagnostic and treatment planning systems.
• A proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Highly regarded:

• Experience with digital orthodontic workflows, technologies or product sales.
• Knowledge of intraoral scanning, digital treatment planning or clear aligner systems.
• Experience in orthodontic product education, sales or clinical support.

Orthodontic industry experience is essential. General dental experience alone is not sufficient.

Work Hours:

9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
