Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient, high-quality assistance during orthodontic procedures
• Take great pride in building warm, trusted relationships with our patients and their families
• Demonstrate sharp active listening and observation skills during patient discussions, accurately processing information and translating it seamlessly into clinical notes during/post-appointment
• Maintain an efficient, organized, and clean clinical environment, including the management of stock levels and lab work orders
• Confidently navigate the clinic's digital systems and tech tools

About you

• Possess fluent verbal and written communication skills
• Can listen to a patient or doctor, whilst completing sterilisation or assisting chair-side and document them accurately
• Notice the small details and are preemptive, anticipating clinical needs and preparing tools or steps before the clinicians ask
• Take initiative, see what needs to be done, and thrive in a busy team environment
• Naturally energetic and love interacting with people of all ages. Gentle and patient when working with nervous and younger age groups.
• Experience in general dental assisting, medical or dental reception, or hospitality is encouraged
