SmileStyle Orthodontics in Queensland seeks an Orthodontic Receptionist to join our front office team across Shailer Park and Capalaba. You’ll be the welcoming face, manage appointments, and support patient care in a warm, professional environment.

You’ll work with an experienced specialist team, enjoy strong training and a 4-day work week, and contribute to a patient-centric experience that makes every visit easy and reassuring.

Qualifications

• Own transport is essential to travel between Shailer Park & Capalaba practices.
• Role combines high-level customer service with administrative support to provide excellent patient care.
• Warm, professional manner with genuine love for excellent customer service.
• Advanced computer literacy is essential.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
• Keen to learn, grow and contribute to the practice.

Responsabilités

• Warmly welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional approach.
• Answer telephone calls and emails promptly and provide accurate information regarding appointments and services.
• Efficiently manage the appointment schedule, including new patient consultations, commencement of orthodontic treatment, observations, treatment adjustments and periodic reviews.
• Support patients through the check-in and check-out process, including payment processing and scheduling follow-up appointments.
• Assist with the collection and review of medical histories, patient information and consent forms.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception environment and uphold patient confidentiality at all times.
• Liaise closely with our clinical team to ensure timely, coordinated and exceptional patient care.
