Job summary

Unisys Australia is seeking an Organisational Change Management (OCM) Analyst to support large-scale transformation programs and help people embrace new ways of working and technology.

You will partner with OCM Managers and senior stakeholders to deliver change initiatives, conduct impact assessments, and develop communications, engagement, and training plans.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in Organisational Change Management or transformation roles
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience supporting the delivery of end-to-end change management activities
• Ability to simplify complex information into clear and actionable messages
• Experience developing communication, training, and adoption plans
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Psychology, HR, Organisational Development, or related discipline
• Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification is highly regarded.

Unisys, we're looking for a dynamic and experienced OCM Analyst to support the delivery of organisational change initiatives that help people embrace new ways of working, technology, and business transformation. You'll partner with OCM Managers and work with senior stakeholders, project teams, and business leaders to drive successful change adoption and deliver lasting outcomes.
